Has to be the best priced, friendliest car hire place I have EVER been to!!! They have literally saved me Β£200 on a weeks rental compared to Enterprise Car Hire!! And Europcar in Darlington ain't much better!!! I could go into all of the details why I had to hire a car, but would be here for a while due to being ripped off to the tune of Β£10k from Autopark Durham! But I wont! That's for a different review πŸ‘πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‰From now on its gonna be Sixt all the way of O ever need to hire a car again. My experience of SIXT Reading was fantastic!


One of the cheapest around, deposit returned quickly following the return and damage check.


I at no point felt rushed or pressured into any of the optional extras by Emilio, who explained the options, clearly outlining the benefits of each option. This alone is outstanding customer service in this day and age. The van was clean, well presented and fully fuelled. I returned it after hours and this was also simple. I would highly recommend SIXT Reading.


The real stand out point in my experience was that Emilio had attempted to contact me and notify me that the opening hours are currently different to those posted online. I was unfortunately unable to use my phone at work, meaning I did not get his message. He stayed open (for an additional 2 hours!!) and waited for me to arrive and collect the van. He remained polite and courteous. He was also good at sanitising his hands and keeping a safe distance as and when necessary.


Finally, a MASSIVE thank you, and sorry once again to Emilio for staying late and remaining patient and polite despite considerable inconvenience caused by myself. You are delivering an incredible customer experience!
