This was my first time renting with SIXT and it most definitely will not be my last. I rented a luxury vehicle and didn’t realize the deposit was way higher than if I rented a full size car. I was nervous when I had to go to the counter to see if they would let me downsize. Jakeyia provided me with the upmost respect and customer service. Initially she said I had to get a standard size Volks Wagon. I asked her did she have a full size vehicle because I like room. At first she said no but then double checked for me and actually did have a full size Camry I could get. She and the other lady behind the counter were so friendly. She even offered me a bottle of water to take with me. I had no issues with my rental the 4 days I had it. I would recommend SIXT to anyone. Thank you so much for the great customer service and positive attitude ❤️ I will definitely be returning ❤️

My husband and I arrived in Jacksonville very late in the evening and THE Ronnie provided us the warmest welcome after a long travel.
