How can I report an item I left in my rental car?

If you've left a personal item in your rental vehicle, you can report it easily. Simply go to "Manage booking" and fill out the Lost Item form. We'll notify our team, and they'll check if your item has been found.

I found an item in my rental car. What should I do?

If you find someone else's item and are able to return it to the branch the vehicle was collected from, this is the best resolution where possible. Understandably you may not have the time or be too far away from the branch to do so, in which case you may leave the lost item in the vehicle when it is returned, and inform the staff of the found item.
