Overall I really like Sixt and the in person staff. The car I originally selected was not available. That should be available to select on the site. I needed to upgrade in order to get a car that was going to fit my needs. The rep in person was very nice and listened to what I needed the vehicle for to recommend a suitable alternative for my birthday weekend. I needed to extend by one day. I called and the interactive system was a maze, I couldn't see anyway to do that online. I hated that experience there was no choice but to wait for a rep. When I finally got someone they extended me but at a rate much higher than was I had as a discount. I would have hoped that would have been extended to me for another day. Or that if it were the same she would have said we are extending you at the same rate. I was on hold for crazy long time. I'll put it this way... if you don't need to extend your time with Sixt experience may be a 5 star... but if you have to call or look for info on their site... good luck!
