Ms. Maylee R. at your Newark Airport location was so very pleasant and helped to book our rental for a quick weekend in NJ. We had a horrible experience with another rental company who dropped our reservation and we didn’t find out until we reached our destination. Sixt was there to save us. There was no line when we walked in. We were immediately helped, and with a smile. Maylee was very transparent about fees and made sure we understood before signing or paying for anything. They had a brand new 2021 Subaru Outback ready for us - it was clean, great on gas, and most of all spacious.
Our only issue was finding the car lot to return the rental to. The signage on the way back was a tad confusing but I’m not holding that against Sixt. Thank you guys for working hard and providing a pleasant experience!
