Received a call asking me to arrive 1 hour prior to booked car pick up time at Gateshead (12 noon). As I was arriving by train, explained I would be there just after 12 noon. Arrived at Gateshead to find 2 customers ahead of me; by the time they had been attended to, it was past 1pm. Not a complaint; just an observation.
Discovered car of choice not available, but happy with alternative offered
Staff friendly and helpful both on pick up and return. Directed me to metro station to get back to Newcastle. Would happily use Sixt again
