Die (fast) einzige Station, die in Coronazeiten in Düsseldorf noch offen hat. Dafür wird man freundlich begrüßt und es gibt keine Wartezeiten. Vielleicht liegt das auch daran, dass es fast keine anderen Kunden mehr gibt. An den elektronischen Prozessen kann Sixt noch nachbessern - ich habe zweimal keine elektronische Bestätigung bei der Fahrzeugrückgabe erhalten obwohl die Email hinterlegt war. Bis zum Erhalt der Rechnung - auch per Email - vergehen dann nochmal viele Tage.

Meiner Meinung nach die bisher beste Sixt-Station an der ich gemietet habe. Fuhrpark vor Ort ist zwar klein (es gibt dort auch keine LKW & Transporter, das Angebot ist eher auf die Hotelgäste des Maritim und der umliegenden Büroliegenschaften ausgerichtet), aber das Personal vor Ort ist immer bemüht, den Kunden klassengerecht (oder höher) zu bedienen. Keine nervigen Upsell-Versuche für Fahrzeuge, die man auch mittels Statusupgrade für lau bekommen hätte. Fahrzeuge sind immer top gereinigt. Einziges Manko: die Öffnungszeiten, die waren mal großzügiger. Der derzeit dafür Schuldige kommt allerdings aus Wuhan, von daher kann man da Sixt keinen Vorwurf machen.

Besten Dank an Frau Adar und Herr Pampu, die mich bisher immer sehr zuvorkommend bedient haben.

No annoying upsell attempts for vehicles that you would have gotten for free with a status upgrade. Vehicles are always perfectly cleaned. The only drawback: the opening times, which were sometimes more generous. The currently guilty party comes from Wuhan, so you can't blame Sixt there.
