I checked in very easily on a Sunday morning and was helped right away. The Sixt employee offered me an upgrade, but accepted my decline very easily and didn’t push it any further. He explained the options for paying for tolls and I chose the prepaid all-inclusive option based on his explanation. The car I received was the same type of car promised (Rav 4) and it was clean, modern, and nice to drive. Will rent from Sixt again in the future.
