I was at Miami Beach for work and decided to rent a car for sightseeing on the last day of my trip and return the car at Miami Airport. The pick up of the car was great and I was told that If retuned the car by 1pm on the next day, it would be a one day rental. I upgraded the car and got a nice Volvo, the car was great but the brakes were terrible and seen unsafe to drive. I got to the Airport 1pm on the dot since I had to stop to refill the tank. My return receipt shows that I returned the car at 1:05pm and they charged me 2 FULL DAYS. I tried to find a phone number to talk to someone and there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Emailed like they recommend on the website and NO RESPONSE.
Really disappointed on the lack of customer service by phone or email. The people behind the counter are great but good luck trying to solve an issue after the fact.
After the review and sending several emails they finally solved the billing issue.
