Coming from Miami via 836 East, you will enter Miami Beach using the MacArthur Causeway/ I-395. From 5th Street turn left on Washington Avenue. Continue one mile to Lincoln Road where you will make a U-turn. The Sixt branch will be on the right hand side. If you would like to enter your parking garage, turn right onto 16th Street. Our parking garage, Park @ 420, is located on your right.
Continue onto W 41st St/Arthur Godfrey Rd. Turn right onto Pine Tree Road. Follow the road for about one mile and merge right onto Dade Blvd. Shortly after turn left on Washington Ave, in about half a mile the Sixt branch will be on the right hand side. Just north of Lincoln Road. If you would like to enter your parking garage, turn right onto 16th Street. Our parking garage, Park @ 420, is located on your right.

Very friendly staff, fast BUT they asked me to buy a fuel plus toll package that - as I learned lateron- already initially was significantly more expensive than toll plus handling plus gas and additionally was pro rata charged also for the extension day although the fuel package was just covering the refilling of the empty tank - as if the empty tank after a day more is even more empty; does not make sense and is their way of ripping off ppl. Sixt and others are obviously known for this ( i read afterwards in the web) so beware
Car was good and as announced
I rented a car from this location on December 31st, 2016. Cecilia took care of me in a very pleasant way. She was very professional and did her best to get me out of there as soon as possible. I also noticed how gracious she was when talking to other customers on the phone. Excellent customer service!
