Report the Damage
Log in to your SIXT account
Go to "Your information" > "Support" and select "Contact us"
Choose the reason "Vehicle damage" and describe what happened
Document the Damage
Take clear photos of all affected areas from several angles
Note the date, time, exact location and what happened
Record the other party's details: number plate, name, insurer
File a police report and note the reference number

Do not arrange repairs yourself – SIXT only uses authorised service partners
