Rented a vehicle here for a quick weekend trip. Service was excellent. Aleah was very helpful and quickly arranged for an alternate vehicle for us after our intended vehicle was found to have a nail in the tire during their pre-rental cleaning and inspection process. We are very thankful for the diligence of the individual who performed that inspection, as a nail in the tire could have been a serious vacation-ruiner along with being a safety hazard. Aleah quickly arranged for an alternate vehicle that exceeded our expectations and perfectly fit our needs. Will be using them for any future rentals when in the area.

I made a last minute reservation. Initially got there and found that they didn’t have the reserved car at that location. Tori and her manager worked to make things right. They upgraded our car for the same price. Drop off at the Westin hotel valet was also convenient.

After a stressful Southwest flight cancelation for the holidays, I had to opt to drive hours with a bad back and two dogs. So after an exhausting two days of stressful travel issues I walked up and Aleah was smiling and so kind. She is an Angel and NEEDS TO BE PROMOTED!!! What a different experience then Southwest or Hertz. I am now in love with your company thanks to Aleah’s service. Honestly KEEP HER here so others will feel the same as I and fall in love with your check in experience!!! PS. Give her a bonus!!
