I had a wonderful experience with this company. I worked with a woman name cocoa she had good customer service , very friendly & good response time . Most car rental companies do not care about your concerns , but this one does . I will be renting through this company again & hopeful I get the young lady “ cocoa “ I dealt with before :)

Overall the experience was excellent, first we couldn’t find our vehicle, spent some time at the airport while a little tire from the flight, after we came back to the kiosk and told that we were lost and couldn’t discover the car, the guy that worked that night was very helpful and walked us to the right place! We love the experience of the car selection he offered to us X1 was perfect for riding on snow.
