SEPA Direct Debit

Which bank cards are accepted? In Germany, you can use all standard German debit cards, and in the Netherlands, you can use all standard Dutch debit cards. Please note that the SEPA direct debit method is only accepted for the use of SIXT share in Germany and the Netherlands. For trips with our mobility partners, you will need to provide a credit card. Can I arrange installment payments with SEPA direct debit? All EC card (SEPA) transactions are processed by our external partner Riverty. Information on installment payments or payment deferrals can be obtained directly from our payment service provider Riverty. If your EC card is declined, the SIXT share customer service team unfortunately cannot assist you. Therefore, in such cases, please contact the colleagues at Riverty directly.
