Can I mask certain information on my ID card during registration? Yes, you have the option to black out certain information on your ID card (ID card or passport). These include: Card Access Number (CAN, only available on new IDs), eye color, height, ordnance or artist name, signature. Masking this data has no negative impact on your registration. However, please note that the data not listed (e.g., name, address, ID number) is necessary for your verification. Will my old paper driver's license be accepted? Of course, you can also use our service with your paper driver's license. When activating in the SIXT app, please unfold your driver's license and take a complete photo of both sides. We will then check your data and activate your account as soon as possible.
