How do I change my personal information? Click on the person icon in the upper right corner of the app and select ""Personal Data"" or ""Profile"" to edit your personal data. How do I change my SIXT share PIN code? To change your PIN code, use the person icon in the upper right corner of the app and select ""Personal Data"". Then select ""Change PIN code"" and have your driver's license number ready. If you do not see the ""Change PIN code"" option in the app, it indicates an inactive customer account. Please contact our customer service in this case. How do I change my payment information? To change your payment method, click on the person icon in the upper right corner and then on ""Payment Method"". Here, you can add or delete a new payment method. How do I change my name in the app? We are happy to update your data for you. Please contact our customer service, and you will be asked to upload your driver's license, ID card, and a selfie again via the app. How do I reset my password? You can reset your password in the SIXT app easily. Click on the person icon in the upper right corner, select ""Personal Data"", and then click on the pen symbol next to ""Password"". Enter your old and new desired password. How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter? You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by selecting the ""Unsubscribe"" button in the newsletter. I lost my driver's license. What should I do? Please inform our customer service. You can upload your new driver's license in the SIXT app at a later date. How do I cancel SIXT share? If you do not use SIXT share, you will not incur any costs. Therefore, it is not necessary to cancel your account. The advantage is that you can continue to use all of our products, whether it's car rental, car sharing, ride hailing or micro-mobility, whenever you need them.
