I had a wonderful experience with Sixt. I specifically chose Sixt over other car rental services because I’ve heard glowing reviews, and my expectations were exceeded throughout the entire process. The online selection process before arriving at the branch was straightforward, and vehicles were well-priced. When we arrived at the West Hollywood location, the staff were knowledgeable and helpful and made us feel like valued customers from the moment we walked in. The type of car we reserved wasn’t available, so they upgraded us free of charge, and the car we rented was in perfect condition. When we dropped the car off at LAX, the staff were attentive and efficient, and we returned our car within minutes. Additionally, they took us on a private shuttle to our terminal immediately without waiting for it to fill up, as most other companies would. Overall, I had a great experience with Sixt. I will be renting from Sixt going forward and recommending them to everyone needing a car rental. Thank you to the West Hollywood staff!

Juan A. and Layton were Amazing help! It was my first time renting a car and Juan made sure to pick out and reserve the perfect car I needed. When I came in the very next day to pick it up Layton was there to help me get all set up! He was extremely detailed with the whole process and let me know everything I needed to know before renting the vehicle. Juan A. Was spectacular! He went above and beyond and really did everything you could to meet our needs with this rental. Our situation was a little more complicated, but I did not stop him from being courteous and patient and kind. He listens to what our situation was, and not only accommodated us, but came in at a lower price than we leaving a review for were expecting. We were getting quite discouraged after reading all the reviews and first-hand experience ourselves with several rental car agencies in LA. It was a godsend for us to come across Juan and this location. I highly recommend this company, and this agent in particular.
