I've been renting here for 4 months now while in a military school at Fort meade. It's cheap, good cars and great customer service at the desks. Great place to rent. Only can we keep the car for 30 days, so be aware of that.

Going to the SiXT desk at BWI... Ranada was waiving me over. Giving me a "sunshine" smile, and greeted me in the warmest way possible. Seemless and very speedy checkin. Asking my needs, and offered me the next level automobile to aid with comfort of my stay in the Baltimore area. Had the most amazing car rental experience at BWI's Sixt car rental agency. John Carlos and his staff are 10/10. He was so helpful after I wasnt able to get a car from another buisness. The car that i reserved wasnt avialable and I came bavk the next day and he swaped my car with no extra charges. I was so impressed and greatful with the level of service.
