Van sharing from SIXT share

Whenever you are in need of a van, the SIXT app is your solution. Vans are accessible in the Netherlands and in Germany (via our partner MILES) around the clock for spontaneous reservations, ranging from a few minutes to several hours. Just open the SIXT app and use the convenient filter function to find a van in your vicinity. Book it with a few clicks and off you go - whether it is for moving house or for transporting big items.  

PROTECTION

Big vehicles can be intimidating. With our short-term van rental you don’t have to worry about the taxes or insurance, SIXT has you covered.**

 

DISTANCE 

All vans from SIXT share come with 200 km included in the minute-based rate. For vehicles provided by our partner MILES, the pricing is determined based on the distance traveled per kilometer and a parking fee charged per minute during the loading and unloading of the van.

REFUELLING

With SIXT van-sharing the petrol is on us! Also for electric vehicles charging is inlcuded.*

PARKING

When transporting parking can be key. If you van-share with SIXT or MILES then you can park the van in any public parking spot in our business areas.

SIXT SHARE BUSINESS AREAS AT A GLANCE

Rent spontaneously and flexibly at any time on any corner. With free-floating car sharing, cars are available everywhere within our business area and parked on the street like private cars. This has the advantage that you can always spontaneously find a free vehicle in the immediate area and rent it in the SIXT app. When you’re done you can simply park the car again anywhere in the business area.

* Germany: From €0.09/minute, 1 day package from €49/day. The Netherlands: From €0.19/minute, 1 day package from €69/day.  In addition, unlock fee starting from €1 per journey is applied, depending on the price category and country. Prices vary depending on time of day and occupancy. The included kilometers vary according to the tariff you choose. Both the minute tariff and the 1-day package include 200 km. The current prices are listed within the SIXT App. More information about our rates.

** Please note that the prices for our protection options vary and are dependent on the selected rental rate, vehicle category and the value of the vehicles in those categories. When booking a vehicle in the SIXT app, the correct price for the protection options will be clearly listed.
