I can't say enough good things about my experience with SIXT SLC location. I had a reservation with another car rental company, only to find out that their SLC airport location closed at 7pm, which was at the beginning of my 2 hr. pick up window. Didn't realize this until after I stood waiting for the shuttle for 1/2 hr. In that time I saw the Sixt shuttle come and go several times, so I went on their website and was able to book a premium SUV for the same price as the other company. I got on their shuttle, which left promptly. I was helped at the counter immediately by friendly staff, with no upsell pressure. I was quickly handed the keys to a 2024 Nissan Rogue with about 2400 miles, looked brand new inside and out. Return was a breeze with no additional charges, Shuttle left within 2 minutes of returning the car. It seems rare these days to find a business that does not try to take advantage of you when you are in a desperate spot. You have just gained a life customer... Thank you!

Had a great experience with Sixt car rental. The girl at the counter Prinsesi was very friendly and professional made it an easy process to get my vehicle. Need more people with customer service skills like hers, I will rent from here in the future.

Pickup location is off site from airport but near. I knew that when booking & was ok with it. Anna was a fantastic agent to deal with. She got me in & out. No pressuring and was quick. Upgraded me. Truly was the best car rental agent I've dealt with in my entire life. I've rented a great amount of cars. I would come back to this location because of her. Drop off was smooth. Marilyn was a pleasure to deal with as well. I would like to add I knew of a new location, I would recommend always having 2 agents inside helping customers.
