Arrived in West Palm Beach and was greeted by a TRUE angel named Gabriel! I had no reservation and he was so honest, doing everything in his power to give me the best deal possible. Within an hour I received approval for an UPGRADED vehicle at no additional charge as they didn’t have the model selected online available. I cant speak for sixt at large, but I give Gabriel a 12/10 any day for his customer service and delivery. Outstanding!

I had a good experience with my car rental in Nashville. No different than any other rental company other than we saved a few bucks. We returned our car after hours and the process was very simple. I'm not sure why people were giving it negative reviews other than they probably didn't make sure their reservation was accurate before picking up their car or didn't verify hours etc.
