It was my first time renting from Sixt and I must say it was a very wonderful experience. I booked the rental from Expedia and at the beginning the amount given to me was higher than quoted at the counter but once the rental was complete, the invoice from Sixt was as per quoted. I truly liked the service from the friendly staff, specially Anthony who was very helpful with pick up and drop off of the vehicle.
We got a Chevrolet Tahoe and that machine is a great vehicle for a crew of 7 people and has room for 8. It would have been a tight fit if we all piled in with our suitcases. Good thing my brother in law was able to give my in laws a ride to the hotel.
No issues with it climbing to the top of Haleakala summit! So much power during the climb and I felt totally safe going back down as I felt the brakes kept us slowed down through the twisty switchbacks.
I will definitely rent from them again! Thanks to the Sixt crew at Kahului OGG airport for the great service!

Plans changed upon arrival in Maui so needed to rent a car. Hertz was expensive and agent not helpful so googled other rental options. Sixt had great prices so gave it a try. Awesome! Agent was super helpful and knowledgeable. Car was perfect and whole experience was seamless. Would definitely rent from them again.

Great experience had a problem with the first car the gave us. We drove it right back to the airport and they upgraded us to a Mustang GT and we were out of there in ten minutes. Kudos to Robin and Arianna they made it a great experience.
