There are just a few things you should be aware of when driving in exotic Hawaii. Speed limits in cities are 25-45 mph, 45-55 mph on highways and 60 mph on freeways. Pedestrians always have right-of-way, as do funeral processions. Seat belts are also required to be worn by all drivers and passengers.
