SEPA direct debit is accepted for SIXT share in Germany and the Netherlands — standard German and Dutch debit cards both qualify. For trips with SIXT mobility partners, a credit card is required instead.

If your EC card is declined, the SIXT share customer service team can't assist with this directly. Contact Riverty for help with your customer profile, open invoices, credit limits, and installment options:
