We rent at Sixt through Lyft. There is definitely work to be done on this integration. Ok multiple occasions we have turned up with a confirmed reservation only to find out that the car we are expected is unavailable. The app will offer free Pink upgrades that are not honored at the pickup location. They do have a nice selection of premium cars, but they have after hours return option which is a big hassle.

Expect a lot of upselling. They might ask you how many bags and people are coming and where you’re going, all for a larger car upsell. And they really lay on the guilt trips if you decline insurance, forcing you to say you’ll pay for the car out-of-pocket if something goes wrong.
