From I-37: Take the exit for E Commerce St and head West into Downtown. Turn left on to Losoya St, and then take an immediate left on to E Market St. In 0.2 miles, please proceed to Hyatt Valet entrance at the light at Market St. and Bowie St. From I-10: Take the exit towards Cesar E Chavez Blvd and Downtown. In 0.5 miles, turn left on to S Flores St, then in 0.5 miles, turn right on to Dolorosa St, which will turn into W Market St. In 0.5 miles, please proceed to Hyatt Valet entrance at the light at Market St. and Bowie St. The SIXT Rental Counters will be inside the lobby entrance of the Grand Hyatt to your right-hand side.

We rented a car for the day (VW Tigan) to head to Austin from San Antonio's Grand Hyatt Riverwalk and we had such a great experience. Kevin was great and told us everything we needed to know. The car drove well and was comfortable to drive in a city we weren't familiar with. We called David and he waited for us to get to back to the hotel even though we were stuck in traffic and wasn't sure if we would make it back by 6pm. We did not want to keep it overnight and pay for hotel parking only to return in the next morning. Amazing service! Love the convenience of it being in the hotel we were staying at. Would stay there again and definitely rent from Sixt again.

Can I book a specific car model?

Reservations are by vehicle category (“or similar”), not by an exact model. When a "guaranteed model" option is shown for your dates and location, selecting it reserves that specific model. Otherwise, you’ll receive a comparable car in the same group with similar size and performance subject to availability.

If you return the vehicle later than agreed in the rental agreement, extra days may be charged due to the rental extension. If you do not inform us about the rental extension, we will charge an additional service fee of $20.00 USD.
