This was my FIRST corporate rental with Sixt. I had a TERRIBLE experience with the agent on the phone at the national call center. She was extremely unhelpful. when I called to say that I would be delayed by two hours, she said that my reservation for a particular category car would be cancelled and I would have to take whatever vehicle they might have. I cancelled a meeting that had come up in order to get to the Union Station branch at the original time. When I got there, I experienced a totally different Sixt. JOSHUA could not have been more helpful, cooperative and kind. He is an amazing representative of Sixt, completely different from what I experienced on the phone. I was going to fire Sixt, but Joshua turned that around. He also said that my original reservation would have been held without any issues and the unhelpful agent on the phone was wrong. Over a life time, imagine how much business JOSHUA saved Sixt and how much money he has made for the company! I went from being grumpy about Sixt to a fan. THAT is a good employee. JOSHUA is 5 Star!
