3 stars because the rate was good and the car was in excellent condition and picking up the car was easy. However, just like the other reviewers state, you have to check your bill! I returned the car EARLIER than the time specified on my reservation, but Sixt was closed and I had to leave the keys at the Marriot front desk. When I checked my credit card statement, I noticed Sixt had charged me $48. I called Sixt and they told me it was because I had returned the car a day late! Apparently in the morning when they opened the store, they put down that I had returned the car that morning instead of the night before. Super shady business practices! Hopefully there will be no issues getting the extra charge resolved.
