To begin, I’d like to thank all the team for the pleasant experience and the politeness of everyone. I didn’t expect such as good experience because I had already poor experiences with other big competitors in the airport area. Alberto handled the car handover at the branch, unfortunately, the car I counted on wasn’t available however he found a few cars that suited perfectly to me. The car was impeccable, just a few scratches but well performed for a rental car. The drop-off was managed by Alessandra and Bruno, that assisted me with the best way for this and further rental. Although I didn't rent the car in the end, I have to give a good rating. My flight was so delayed that I could not pick up the reserved car. The sixt returned the money within one working day without any problems or any cancellation fees.
