Excellent company,the employees were very friendly and nice and nobody tried to screw you over like every other company at the airport! I highly recommend them at this location anyway. We had a great time, thank you for making our car rental pleasant!
It's 8:15am, an hour and 15 minutes since "they opened" and someone barely showed up to work. They've been "helping" one person for the last 15 minutes.
It's pretty disappointing you pay so much for a rental car only to deal with them not even having cars available.
Luckily the girl at the counter was really nice, same with the guy getting the cars. This place definitely needs better structure though.
