As always I’m very pleased with Sixt. I arrived 6 hours later than planned, because flight delays and missed flights, Charles from Sixt was very helpful and understanding, he made sure he could help me out and he did! After a horrible travel experience, Charles managed to put a smile on my face. Thank you Charles and good job Sixt, on bring quality people.

I had trouble booking online as the system was down - but received easily my car. The gentleman at the desk was extremely kind and professional and explained the issues with the online bookings..which has been resolved it seems.
By lux airport Sixt, I received an excellent service, she helped me changing the car from fully elec to fuel car, and arranged the way that I don't have to fill in the tank when I return the car, so all arrangements by her made me safely and most conveniently back to Amsterdam.
I was not familiar with this BMW X1 automatic car, luckily a very friendly young staf passed by when I was in the garage, he helped by explaining and showing me how to start and drive this car. I am very grateful.
