You will be contacted by our team for more details.

Out of hours return

Our key box is available inside the train station. It is located in the car rental corridor, on the left of the entrance door of the SIXT branch. However be careful, the keybox is not available from 11:00pm to 05:30am as the train station is closed and locked.

The SIXT rental agency is really easy to find thanks to good location signs in Lyon Perrache train station. People in there was very friendly and all the contracting process was made easy with the help of their digital interface that simplify things if you took time to submit your information before your arrival. The information shared by SIXT representative were clear and you’re not forced to take additional proposed options before the vehicle key handling. The range of proposed car are aligned with your requested category but you won’t have a particular model if you didn’t ask for it during your online renting reservations. I had to return the vehicle after their working hours but the process is very easy and the control made the day after was done early in the morning with a honest feedback showing no surprise for additional fees as I returned the vehicle exactly as it was before, except the number of kilometers. Hope their rental price stays as competitive as they are!

The staff was nice, though it took a bit of time for extra request which not clearly indicated in the email, you know I didn't read the terms very carefully . But a good staff will make you feel satisfied by his kind attitude and serious work. Finally my family liked the rental car, because it helped and relaxed driving on the way.
