After a car accident, the last thing you want is reading through terms and conditions for a car rental, expensive deposits on top of the rental, and inflexible car availabilities. With Sixt, I had none of these problems. After a very short wait, I was welcomed warmly by their staff. They accepted my RACV discount straightaway at no extra charge, had a very fuel-efficient car ready and available at a reasonable price, and communicated clearly, even sending through a fact sheet regarding the rental. What pleasantly surprised me was that they rang me prior to my return date to ask if I was thinking about an extension. What a relief. I was getting stressed as the repairer was very vague about the date of completion for the job on my car. Sixt gladly extended the rental as per my request and charged me with the exact same rate. Before returning the Hyundai, I filled it up, cleaned it a bit, and the whole process took less than five minutes. I definitely would rent with them again.
