The IATA or pseudo IATA number must be used to enroll in Paymode-X, and a total of 14 digits are required, i.e. add 6 zeros in front of the 8-digit IATA, ARC or TIDS number.
When looking up a "pseudo #" you'll need to provide 022001 and the pseudo #. For the example ST002604 it is entered as 022001ST002604.

We process our payments for agents who have enrolled with Paymode-X. The remittance reports are available the same day the payment processes (Thursday) and we send an email notification of payment on that day as well.
International electronic funds transfers typically take an extra day or two to process, but usually clear by Tuesday of the following week at the latest. However the online reports will still be available on Thursday.
For agents who have not enrolled or have elected to receive paper checks and/or paper reports – Checks sent within the US or Canada are printed and mailed on Friday (the day after payments process) and are mailed with the accompanying statement. International checks are printed and mailed from a local (same country as the agent) bank the following Monday and typically arrive by the end of the following week. However, all paper reports are mailed worldwide from the United States. This means that for all international agents receiving paper checks and paper statements, these two items will never arrive at the same time.
