The Sixt Priority Service is already available at many Germany airports as well as the airport in Palma de Mallorca and is easily bookable upon reservation through our Website or Call Center for only 28,99€.
As a premium transfer-service provider, Sixt mydriver builds on exclusive digital service offers. To complement this exclusive product, we offer our customers a smart source of entertainment and information before and after the ride. Every Sixt mydriver customers worldwise receives a text message with all relevant ride details about 60 minutes prior to pick-up. As an additional benefit, it also contains a link to the Media Box. Via this link, customers can choose their preferred reading from more than 700 national and international digital newspapers and magazines in a number of languages.
For reservations of the bookings class "Economy Light" the download of one digital reading is already included, for all higher booking classes, even two downloads are covered.

Instead of the previously valid deposit of 150,- EUR for smaller vehicles categories, henceforward, deposits will be staggered according to vehicle category:
- M***, E***, C***, I***, S***: 300,- EUR
- F***, P***, L***: 500,- EUR
- X*** + (Sports & Luxury): 1500,- EUR

In order to thank all of our travel agency partners for the successful cooperation Sixt decided to take it up a notch:
Together with the new travel agency rates 2018 Sixt will grant you a discount of up to 20% on our public car rates and up to 15% discount on trucks to show our appreciation.
As a flexible mobility partner we are happy to adapt to changed plans of your customers. Thanks to our Flexi Return Guarantee customers can return their vehicle at any time and place within our regular opening hours, regardless of what is agreed on in the rental agreement. Just inform us about the changed plans of your customer before returning the car, so we can adjust the rental agreement to the new terms. This service is of course free of charge.
If the customer returns the car one full rental day earlier than planned without informing Sixt, we will only charge the days on which the car was actually used, based on the booked rate plus a fee of 5€ (for travel agency / corporate rates) or 10€ (for public rates). Thus, customers usually receive a refund when returning a car earlier.
For the return of the vehicle at another station than indicated in the rental agreement we will charge 10€ (for travel agency / corporate rates) or 19.99€ (for public rates).*
The Flexi Return Guarantee ensures maximum flexibility for your customers and at the same time enables them to experience the excellent Sixt premium service at our branches.
*The FR Guarantee does not apply to prepaid rental contracts and is subject to the regular recalculation of your rental agreement.
For your customers in Germany Sixt now offers an automatic guarantee, thereby entitling your customer to receive a car with automatic transmission.
The automatic guarantee is bookable for vehicles of the categories Compact, Intermediate, Standard, Fullsize and Premium. If you would like to book the guarantee please call our hotline (contact details can be found here).
Vehicles in the categories Luxury and Xtraordinary are always equipped with automatic transmission.
The automatic guarantee costs 7.50/day net (max. 105.00€/month).
Our recently introduced diesel guarantee ensures that your customer will receive a diesel vehicle. The diesel guarantee is available in Germany, Austria and France and can be booked in the agency login by ticking the box next to diesel guaranteed and in Amadeus by entering SQ-DIE.
The net price of the diesel guarantee in Germany is 4.20€/day (max. 58.80€/month), in Austria 2.50€/day (max. 33.00€/month) and 4.50€/day in France (83.33€/month).
The diesel guarantee is bookable for vehicle categories starting from compact (≥C****). Not bookable for the categories mini (M***) or Economy (E***), Cabrios (*T**) or Luxury & Electric cars (ILAE / XSAE).
