This is a long time overdue review (our rental took place from 2nd until 9th July) but I can't thank enough to the team at Sixt Luton airport for delivering the best service, specifically to Anjira and her colleague. Because of our awfully delayed flight, we have arrived at the branch 7 hours later than we have prearranged and literally one minute before the closing time. Even though they could've told us we arrived too late they stayed longer and got us going the same night. Our pre-booked car wasn't available anymore but we happily paid for an upgrade just so we can shoot off. As my dad never really drove automatic BMW Anjira was that kind that she gave us basic instructions just so we know how BMW's automatic works. The car itself got couple more scratches than were listed on the contract but we reported all additional damages we found to customer service right at the morning and they added them to our account so we weren't held responsible for them. Only let down would be general customer service work as when calling to mention our delayed flight we were told the branch would be informed about it what wasn't the case on our arrival. But overall, I would recommend Sixt and especially brand at Luton airport to anyone who's looking for a good rental company!
