Sixt is a reputed international company, but the staff at this branch are incompetent. The car we booked was not available. They said if we come the next day early in the morning instead, we would be upgraded to a better car that suits our needs. We changed our plans accordingly, thinking it was worth the hassle to get a better car. Despite this, we came and told that the car was not avaiable after all.


I would give 1 star for the branch but 3 because Sixt's central team are working hard to fix the issue.
