We showed up very late to pick up our car because my friend broke her arm on the Spanish steps (right??). Silvia put us at ease immediately saying we could pick up late, the next day-whichever worked for us. Amazing! Later in the week she emailed me so I had a contact at the company if I needed anything. And I did email her for a final invoice and got an immediate response.

The process was incredibly easy once we did pick up. The car was sound. The drop off was easy. Thanks for a great experience!

Cecilia attended to us and was fantastic. She dealt with our booking perfectly and was very friendly and relatable and very helpful and informed. We had to contact her after to ask a question about tolls and she was very quick and helpful to our query. Thank you for a lovely experience. The car was perfect, brand new and only 2000kms on it. Just be warned, driving in Italy is a bit hair raising. Nothing to do with Sixt, the drivers there just seem to be a law unto themselves. Would recommend Sixt though they were a bit pricey but having a pick up and drop off in the city was so convenient and they were easy to get to.
