Prima volta, e sicuramente non sarà l'ultima. Ho una convenzione aziendale con HERTZ e MAGGIORE che purtroppo ultimamente sono state una grandissima delusione sotto tutti gli aspetti. Così per caso, all'aeroporto di Firenze (dove causa COVID quasi tutte le compagnie hanno deciso inconcepibilmente di chiudere del tutto), mi sono avvicinato a SIXT. Ricevuto da una sorridente e cordialissima impiegata al banco, sono rimasto stupito per il mezzo proposto (AUDI A3 nuova) allo stesso prezzo delle concorrenti di categoria inferiore, con l'aggiunta di tutte le assicurazioni. Il giorno successivo, accortomi di alcuni graffi sui cerchi che non avevo visto ritirando la vettura di sera, ho contattato il servizio clienti che, (risponde a differenza degli altri) senza nessun problema o commento, ha riportato la segnalazione sul contratto senza nessun addebito. La consegna della vettura, avvenuta oltre l'orario di lavoro, è stata semplicissima e rapidissima inserendo come di consueto, le chiavi nella cassetta di sicurezza situata al box dove è avvenuto il ritiro.
