I went to the office of Sixt at Vancouver Downtown three weeks ago. We were attended by Ken. We’ve booked for a car to travel around BC and to cross the border to the States with my wife and son. At the very stage to withdraw the vehicle and to read and sign the contract, we did realize that there was a detail that did not allow us to take the car and to travel with him. For a while, I was scared with the simple idea that those expected holidays with my son could not be accomplished. But we were so lucky because being attended by Ken. He was very kind, collaborative, he empathized with my son because his shared love of NBA, he helped us searching and thinking about other mobility alternatives, even with other competitors of Sixt. Finally, we could arrange everything. But mainly due to Ken’s unvaluable help. Meanwhile companies like Sixt keep on hiring employees like Ken, clients will continue keep arriving. For sure. In fact, back at my country, Spain, in brief I’ll have to hire a new vehicle, and my first choice will be Sixt. ¡Thanks so much, Ken! By the way ¡it was a great match!
