First time flying into IAH. We arrived at 10:00PN via EVA Air BR52 and cleared immigration and customs. I was worried we wouldn’t make it to the rental car area on time and emailed ahead. The customer service team clarified that they are only open until 11:59PM. After a hairsplitting trek through the airport and onto the rental bus shuttle with three 28 inch luggages and two carryons. While walking through IAH I completed my check in process on the app. Thankfully I had my foreign driver’s license (am from the Philippines) there loaded ahead of time. I also brought my IDP with me and passport as prescribed. We made it to the rental car area by 1130PM. And we were so happy to see staff at the desk. 3 personnel on a Sunday evening all professionally dressed and happy to see us. The manager, asked me my first name and then recognized me and said “my checkin has already been completed” instructed his staff member to politely escort us to the car facility. They were so kind and polite. My first impression of Texas was them and I felt everyone was so nice. Even the lot rental assistant Justin, he gave me pointers and tips about what to do about the tollways and to avoid dining out in certain areas with my luggage showing in our vehicle - Justin was courteous and knowledgeable. The car was super clean. It’s like they spent all day to detail and clean the car for us! I’ve rented American cars before with so many other rental vendors and never seen or smelled a rental this detailed clean. The whole chain leading up the process was great with SIXT. My journey, albeit stressful and long, I felt I spent my money with the right people. My wife and I were so pleased to have our first international impression of Texas with the friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff. And am so glad to have not chose a ride service even if am just going on a cruise. I’ll rent from them every time am out here. Thank you SIXT customer service, and IAH staff, you guys made this part of my journey so blessed. God bless you and thank you.

After reading reviews, we made a deliberate decision to pay about 10% more at Expedia and book our rental car from Sixt at Houston airport. We are very happy with our decision. After arrival to the location where all rental companies are situated, we were immediately greeted by an agent, while huge lines formed to counters of marginally less expensive rental companies. The Sixt agent, Issabella, was extremely friendly, funny and definitely wanted to make our experience better. We booked a mid-size sedan, but Issabella upgraded us to a BMW 330 at no additional cost. In about 5 minutes, we were on our way to the car pick uplot, but the lines to other counters didn’t even move. The check out and return process is quick and easy. All employees are polite and knowledgeable; customer interaction processes are efficient. I will, definitely, try to book with Sixt in the future. Amazing experience from the first to last minute.

Awesome Experience! Would highly recommend!!! Flew into Houston for business training for the week and Jeremy was my rep I dealt with, he was super nice and upgraded me to the BMW X4 at no extra cost! This vehicle was amazing to drive! Thoroughly enjoyed it, though now I want to buy one! Would highly recommend this company, the experience was completely smooth from the rental all the way to the drop off process.
