How long will my driver wait for me?
Each booking includes a certain amount of time during which your driver will wait for you free of charge. The amount of waiting time depends on the booking class and region.

For rides booked on demand with our ride-hailing partners, such as taxi, no free waiting time is included. As soon as your app indicates that your driver has arrived, please proceed to the agreed pick-up location.
