Car pick up was not that easy. When I made my reservation, I didn't add extra coverage since I was covered by my credit card. However the lady at the desk pushed me to take the extra coverage as apparently I would be liable for the full cost of the car and she did give me an amount of 20000 pounds...in order to scare me. Plus she just handed me the terminal for payment...which included 300 pounds extra...which she didn't mention. Then she said it was for deposit. I hate to deal with all thos hidden costs. Finally, while dropping the car back, the guy checked everything and said everything was good!! Then 3 days later, I received and email about damages to the car?! Was resolved as they knew I was not at fault and that the car was checked! Anyway, not sure about going back with them.
