Very pleased with their warm welcome as I approached the branch and speedy customer service.

Perfect rental place that provided the perfect car, I will say for EE customers you get charged calling this place which is annoying when you get you phone bill at the end of the month but everything was smooth if you have the right documents I will say picking up the car took a while due to others taking forever and their drop off is amazing no extra charges etc just park it in the parking lot and put the key in the locker. I took the Ford Tourneo Custom for 6 people and it was perfect for a long 6 day road trip to wales.

Good place to hire a van in Bristol

Had no problem dealing with Sixt and Ash was extremely helpful. Please give him a little extra ££ in his pay this month. Service like that is very hard to come by these days ! 10/10 will definitely use again !

The staff at the Sixt office in Bristol were fantastic. When I arrived there wasn’t a manual car available, however they listened to my concerns about driving an automatic for the first time for a trip to an unknown area of the UK, and advised me appropriately. They upgraded me to a higher spec (but smaller, therefore easier to drive/park) car and then took the time to show me how the automatic car worked. I left feeling confident with the car they had provided and thoroughly impressed with the level of service. Huge thanks to the whole team!

Lucky dip car was great. Usually go to Avis but they’re closed across the city so would consider Sixt again, although they’re slightly more expensive you seem to get better/newer cars
