My colleagues - who booked the car - flight was rerouted so he couldnt pick up the booked car. Mr. Robinson sorted it out for me so I was added as a driver to my colleagues booking so I could take the car without additional cost. Great service.

I spoke to Mark Robinson and he could not have been more helpful. Our party of 6 was in a tricky situation on New Years Eve when the clutch on our hire van (different provider) went out and we were stranded in Bristol on our trip from London. Mark jumped into action and was able to source a van that fit us and our luggage comfortably less than an hour before closing for the holiday weekend, and for an incredible price! Kudos to Mark and the team for an amazing job!

On Friday evening (out of normal working hours) I had the privilege of being a customer of Mr Mark Robinson, I've been travelling the world for 20 years with my career and I have never met a better customer service employee in my life. Mark stayed on at his own time so I could collect my car even though it was I who put in the incorrect arrival time. He was professional, efficient, warm, engaging and above all he put my needs first. I would strongly recommend that any new employees joining SIXT at Bristol Airport are given time and training with Mark as he is what I would call old school and a real diamond. I must also commend your call centre staff who looked after me excellently as well. I'll be back in Bristol in March and I'd rather hire a Rover from Mark than a Rolls Royce from anyone else. SIXT Car Hire genuinely have an asset in Mark and I would 100% recommend him for promotion to a managerial role or a role in training and developing the younger generation. Mark, I would actually call you a friend as you've restored my faith in customer service, car hire companies and above all you made me feel relaxed and cared for as a customer.
