Service was friendly, attentive and enjoyable.Two reasons why we didn’t give a five-star review.
1. Location was difficult to get to from the train station and when dropping off the car, the directions took us through a parking garage.
2. Staff suggested we take a taxi from Lausanne to our Geneva hotel. The ride cost us a whopping $240 francs! That is the most expensive cab ride we have ever taken in our local and world travels. Also the cab driver didn’t speak any English, didn’t know how to use her phone GPS and had no idea how to get to our destination.
It would’ve been useful if the staff explored cheaper options and spoke to the driver before-hand to discuss our needs.

Excellent location in Lausanne in close proximity to train station. Easy ingress and egress. Staff at pickup and drop off very friendly, efficient, and helpful. Excellent experience all the way around.

Convenient, easy to find and hassle free. Lovely car (A Class Mercedes). What I liked was the ability to drive the car in Europe simply by ticking boxes on the booking form. Hassle free and easy.

Biel rental station a catastroph. DONT rent from there. Go to Bern or rent from Zurich or elsewhere. However SIXT staff was very helpful to sort out issues. Clearly very bad management decision to open a station in Biel that is NOT served permanently. All the personal information was communicated via telephon to Bern by "car cleaning personell" even credit card details!
