Service was friendly, attentive and enjoyable.Two reasons why we didn’t give a five-star review. 1. Location was difficult to get to from the train station and when dropping off the car, the directions took us through a parking garage. 2. Staff suggested we take a taxi from Lausanne to our Geneva hotel. The ride cost us a whopping $240 francs! That is the most expensive cab ride we have ever taken in our local and world travels. Also the cab driver didn’t speak any English, didn’t know how to use her phone GPS and had no idea how to get to our destination. It would’ve been useful if the staff explored cheaper options and spoke to the driver before-hand to discuss our needs.
