Lors de la prise du véhicule la personne de l'accueil m'a affirmé que le véhicule était en parfait état mais qu'il était dans le parking sous terrain. Je ne pouvais prendre le véhicule que plusieurs heures plus tard donc j'ai signé sans avoir vu l'état du véhicule. La voiture était très imposante m'obligeant à être excessivement précautionneux. Je suis allé en France pour voir ma famille. La route fut excellente. Une fois arrivé, je l'ai stocké sur un parking sécurisé car je n'ai pas osé m'en servir en ville une fois là bas de peur qu'il lui arrive un dommage. Le retour fut excellent également, je l'ai rapporté au parking sixt et j'ai pris des photos de l'état, excellent.

3 jours plus tard j'ai été contacté par le service sinistre de sixt me disant qu'elle était rayée sous le pare-choc et la gente. Il n'est strictement rien arrivé pendant ma location, ce pourquoi je fus très surpris et consterné par ces pratiques. Je suis un client de sixt depuis plus de 4 ans et tout s'est toujours très bien passé et je ne trouve pas très correct de me charger des dégâts que je n'ai pas causé. Effectivement je n'ai pas pensé à vérifier l'état sous le pare-choc quand j'ai récupéré le véhicule donc il devait probablement être rayé car je ne vois pas le moment où j'aurais pu le rayer. Je pense qu'il y aurait eu un bruit, un raclement ou quelque chose de ce genre... Et je ne me suis jamais retrouvé en situation de pouvoir le rayer. Idem pour la gente. Le seul moment où je me suis servi de cette voiture est l'autoroute, alors j'aimerais qu'on m'explique quand j'aurais pu l'endommager de la sorte.

Cette affaire m’embête énormément et j'espère que nous saurons trouver un dénouement satisfaisant.

EDIT: La société Sixt est revenue vers moi en me confirmant que vu le dossier, l'affaire était classée sans suite. Je suis soulagé que le bon sens ait prévalu!

I have been a sixt customer for over 4 years and everything has always gone very well and I do not find it very correct to take care of the damage that I did not cause. Actually I did not think to check the condition under the bumper when I retrieved the vehicle so it probably had to be scratched because I do not see the moment when I could have scratched it. I think there would have been a noise, a scraping or something like that ... And I never found myself in a position to be able to scratch it. Ditto for the gender. The only time I used this car was on the highway, so I would like someone to explain to me when I could have damaged it that way.

This affair annoys me enormously and I hope that we will be able to find a satisfactory outcome.

EDIT: The Sixt company came back to me confirming that given the file, the case was closed. I am relieved that common sense prevailed!
