Got a a Ford Kuga Hybrid almost new with 7000km. Lupo the gentleman working at the desk who helped us was brilliant. Very enthusiastic guy with a good attitude to serve and help. Made me and the crew feeling very comfortable and welcomed— extremely efficient and helpful.

Particularly good staff at reception and pick-up area and great all round service. On pick-up we accidentally left a rucksack with some expensive ski equipment and the staff found it for us and kept it safe for us to pick up on return. Geneva airport needs to put up some signage making car return French side simpler.
