Pros- Amazing car, really friendly employees.
Cons- Do not know how to keep a reservation. I was not given the same car I booked and had to drive a manual same segment car for the same price or pay extra for the automatic variant I initially booked and paid for

Good example of a great customer approach: another company could not process my booking and I was left without a car with three suitcases and two more family members after long flight. Hungry, tired and stressed.
