When you arrive at the Central Station in Eindhoven, please leave the station on the center side. Then cross the road and walk between the restaurants (Stationsplein) until the cinema (Pathé). At the cinema, turn right. After 20m at the next traffic lights turn to the left onto Vestdijk. Follow the Vestdijk for approximately 700m until you reach the Sixt branch on your left hand side.
From the Central Station taxis and various buses (20, 24, 171 and 172) will depart to the Sixt branch. You need to get off the bus at the stop named Smalle Haven. When you leave the bus, please follow the Vestdijk (road) for approximately 150m, until the Sixt branch is on your left hand side.
When you enter Eindhoven from the north (A2, A58 and A50) please follow the signs Helmond until the end of the Kennedylaan (road) in Eindhoven (first traffic lights). Turn left to continue on the ring road around Eindhoven. Please follow this road for approximately 4km until you cross a channel. At this traffic light turn right to continue on the Geldropseweg towards the city center. Please follow this road for 1km until the third traffic lights. At the third traffic light turn right and after 100m you see the Sixt branch on your right hand side.
When you enter Eindhoven from the south (A2 and A67) you have to exit the highway at the junction named Leenderheide, you follow the road (Leenderweg) for approximately 3km until the fourth traffic light. You have to go straight ahead to continue onto the Stratumsedijk, you follow this road for approximately 200m until the next traffic light. At the traffic light please turn right onto Hertogstraat, again you follow this road for approximately 200m until you see the Sixt branch on your right hand side.

We booked the service "rent a van" with Sixt, about a month ago. When getting the van, all as good.
But we got stopped by the police, that asked to see the van documents. Not only a few documents were missing, buy also the few documents that were with the van were WRONG!! The police immediately understood that it was the rental that messed with the documentation and told us to call back and provide the right documents - everything would be solved.
We called the costumer service, that kept passing and passing the call to next colleague. After almost 1h trying, the documents presented to the police via email weren't complete! Sixt could not provide the full documentation. We ended up getting a fine.
When returning the van, a report was filled and after a month of sending emails and calling, Sixt ended up refunding us the fine.
For the customers reading this, I would double check that all the documentation is correct and in the vehicle - Sixt ended up refunding us, but the experience of being stopped and interrogated by the police wasn't exactly pleasant
Staffs are generally kind and there are many options which customers make choices. Moreover, rental price is reasonable. And you can extend your reservation during using a car if there is no special reason why they can not allow it.
